It is also expensive. There is a hotel in Flinders Lane called the Adelphi which has a swimming pool on the roof. Part of the pool juts out over the sidewalk way below and that part of the pool has a glass bottom. The Eureka Tower is the tallest building in Melbourne, but I don't think it has motel accommodation, although I'm pretty sure it's got an observation deck.
