Check into some of those hotels that have semi-residential rooms. They have a small kitchen and dining area. Seems like I’ve stayed in the Residence Inn with my doggy. I traveled with my pup quite a bit with a couple different jobs I had and those hotels were the most likely to allow pets.
Typehewebsite of the hotel in the address, the there should be little pics of dogs, this means animals are allowed, you can look for the “key” in that index section or whatever it’s called. Just look for it, this may take a few minutes.

Red Roof Inn does. The cheaper hotels/motels usually do. Holiday Inn I think does. When I worked for the Fairfield Inn, they allowed for dogs.
I like http://www.dogfriendly.com for finding dog friendly hotels.
