I am traveling to Europe this winter and our first stop is Paris. Does anyone have any good suggestions on some nice small hotels that are not too expensive? I don’t really know which arrondissement is best to stay in for tourist purposes. I have been to Paris but I am traveling with others who have not, and we will be doing as much touristy stuff as possible. I have heard good things about the Latin quarter but would love to hear about hotels that anyone has stayed in.
