I often see this in the academy awards to stop people from going near the vips and actors……..whats the proper name of this?

its like a rectangle piece of material that is layed at the opposite end of the bed to the pillows. its just for decoration and doesn’t do anything but look pretty. just want to know wat that’s called so i can find it online. thanks.
